How Can I Keep My Online Course Resources Organized?

Many online courses are built with a variety of media, such as PDFs, weblinks, images, videos, and other embedded objects. In OWL, these resources "live" in the Resources tool and instructors can link to them using various other tools, such as the lessons tool. It's important to keep the material in the Resources area of the course well-organized for a variety of reasons. Perhaps the most immediate is that it will save both you and your students time on those occasions that you have to find materials within those folders.
